Corax | UI Design
Below are various UI views that I designed in close collaboration with Corax’s software engineering and data science team for the main product, a web app. The app is a cyber risk modeling and prediction platform which uses data on the security and technology resilience of more than 10 million interconnected companies to provide analytics, including predictions and expected loss costs of cyber events to individual and groups of companies.
The screens below are high fidelity mockups created to be handed off to the software engineering team for full implementation. The design process for these used a library of UI assets I created and have a continued to maintain as a design system, employing the principles of atomic design.
Please note, the data and labels in these mockups have been anonymized for company privacy.
An important aspect of creating a cohesive product was to develop a collection of icons that were consistent and clear in their meaning. I created a series of over 50 icons that are prsent throughout the product experience.
All strokes are given a generous weight using thick lines and rounded caps. This keeps shapes soft and friendly. They are constructed on a 50x50px artboard, with a 2pt stroke weight.
